How can I place an order?

  1. Browse through the products. Select the items you would like to buy and add them to your shopping cart.
  2. After you add everything you need to the cart, click ‘View Cart” and then "Proceed to Checkout".
  3. Under New Customer, add your email and click “Proceed”.
  4. Fill your shipping information, then choose payment method.
  5. Click "Place Order Now".

Are your products original?

All the products on GlamBeaute are 100% original. We work directly with brands to guarantee 100% authentic products.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in United Arab Emirates only.

When will I receive my order?

We normally expect to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days, however in the run up to really busy periods like Eid and UAE National Day we may take up to 3-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.

How do I cancel my order?

We at GlamBeaute work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping along with the rest of the orders received in the past 24+ hours.   If you’d like to make any changes to your order, please email us at as soon as possible with your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!

What is your return policy?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your new products! Just send us an email with your order number and product name. You can return the product with 14 days from the date of delivery. Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a resalable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned along with the original invoice.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. However once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price of the product(s) by store credit.

An item in my order was damaged in transit! What do I do?
